All intellectual property rights in the Materials belong to the Company.

You may use the Materials solely for the purpose of posting on social media platforms.

You are permitted to add text exclusively to the blank sections of the Materials. Any other modifications are not allowed.

You are not allowed to use the Materials for any commercial purposes.

When using the Materials, you must not infringe on the rights of any third parties.

If the Company requests you to stop using the Materials, you must immediately comply and stop using them.

You agree to allow the Company to post images you have created using the Materials and posted on social media on its website and social media platforms. This permission is granted on a perpetual and royalty-free basis.

There terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
